Terms of service
The Indonesian text is authoritative. This English version is a translation for convenience.
These terms govern how you use this digital wedding invitation service, whether you are a couple buying your own invitation or a wedding organizer acting as a reseller. By creating an account, buying an invitation, or sending a reseller application, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and sign-in
You need an account to create and manage invitations. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
Give correct details, especially your email address, because sign-in links and notices are sent there. We may close an account that is used to abuse the service.
Per-invitation purchase and what it covers
Each invitation is bought on its own. The standard price of one invitation is currently Rp150.000. The price can differ for particular themes and can change over time. The price shown on the payment page before you pay is the price you pay, and a later price change does not alter an order that already exists.
One purchase covers publishing one invitation. That invitation stays live until its primary event date plus 12 months. After that it is marked expired and guests can no longer open it.
A purchase does not cover other invitations, a change of theme after payment, or any service not listed on the pricing page.
No refunds after publishing
A purchase cannot be refunded once the invitation has been published. Before an invitation is published, you can ask us for a refund, and it is made through the payment provider.
No extension after expiry
For couples who buy on their own, an expired invitation cannot be extended or reactivated. Keep a copy of any content you need before the live period ends.
Photos, text, and music you upload
You are responsible for all photos, text, and music you put in an invitation, including your right to use them and the consent of the people shown in them. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or incites hatred over ethnicity, religion, race, or group.
We may take down content that breaks these terms.
Music policy
- Music provided by the platform is royalty-free or licensed for use in invitations.
- If you upload your own music, you are responsible for your right to use it. We do not check the rights to uploaded music.
- Uploaded music is removed from the invitation on a valid rights complaint from the rights holder.
Guest data
You are the party collecting guest data, such as names and WhatsApp numbers, when you enter it into the service. Use it only to send your invitations and manage your event. How we store and delete that data is explained in the privacy policy.
Reseller terms
Wedding organizers can apply to become resellers. An application takes effect only once we approve it, and we may reject it with no obligation to give a reason beyond the decision note.
Once approved, we create a reseller organization and invite its owner at the email address you gave. The owner is responsible for the organization's members, for invitations made for clients, and for client guest data entered into the service.
Credits for publishing invitations are given by us under an agreement and invoice, not bought on this site. The per-invitation purchase terms above do not apply to invitations published with credits.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of the page and changes whenever the text does. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
